This policy explains how eminds adcom private limited ("eminds", "we", "us") handles personal data in connection with this website. It is written to meet the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and general good practice. It covers this website only. Work carried out for a client is governed by the agreement made for that engagement.

We collect only what we need, use it only for the purpose it was given, keep it no longer than necessary, keep it reasonably secure, and are open about what we do. If we cannot explain why we hold something, we should not be holding it.
IV. What this website collects
This website has no accounts, no login area and no database. It does not store anything you type into it.
The enquiry form on the Engage page does not send anything to us or to any server. When you press send, your own email application opens with the message already written and addressed to eminds. You decide whether to send it. Your details reach us only as an ordinary email, and only if you send it.
If you call, message us on WhatsApp or email us, that correspondence sits in our normal email and phone records.
If you accept analytics, the providers named below receive usage data about your visit.
V. How we use personal data
To answer your enquiry, to carry out work you ask us to do, to keep ordinary business records, and, where you have accepted analytics, to understand how this website is used so we can improve it.
We do not sell personal data. We do not use it for advertising or for tracking you across other websites.
VI. Lawful basis and consent
We rely on your consent when you contact us and when you accept analytics. We rely on legitimate business purposes for keeping ordinary records of our dealings with clients and enquirers. You may withdraw consent at any time: for analytics, use the cookie settings link in the footer; for anything else, write to us.

No analytics or advertising cookies are set unless you accept them.

Analytics, only with consent. If you accept, the site may load Google Analytics (Google LLC) and Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Corporation). Microsoft Clarity can also record how a page is used, such as clicks and scrolling, and produce heat maps. Both set their own cookies under their own terms.

VIII. Sharing with third parties
We share personal data only with service providers who help us run our business, such as our email and hosting providers, and where the law requires it. If you accept analytics, usage data is processed by Google and Microsoft as described above.
IX. Cross-border transfers
The analytics providers named above, and ordinary email services, may process data on servers outside India under their own safeguards. If you would prefer that no analytics data leaves your device, decline analytics on the cookie card.
X. Security
We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold, including limiting who can see it and keeping our accounts protected. Because this website stores nothing, there is no visitor database here to breach. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
XI. Retention and deletion
Correspondence is kept for as long as it is needed for the enquiry or the engagement, and for our business records afterwards. Analytics data is retained according to the provider's settings. As the website stores nothing itself, there is nothing here for us to delete.
XII. Your rights and choices
You may ask what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to erase it, withdraw a consent you gave, or nominate someone to act for you. Write to connect@emindsglobal.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
XIII. Automated decisions and profiling
We do not make automated decisions about you and we do not build profiles of visitors. Analytics, where accepted, is used in aggregate to understand how pages perform.
XIV. If something goes wrong
If a personal data breach occurs that is likely to affect you, we will act promptly to contain it, tell those affected and notify the authorities as the law requires. Report any concern to connect@emindsglobal.com.
XV. Children
This website is meant for business audiences. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
XVI. Grievance redressal and contact
